Principals

Arben Kryeziu, co-founder, is the chief architect and senior strategist for Bump Networks. An entrepreneur who from an early age has been honing a wicked talent for finding a better, smarter way of doing things, Arben has pioneered software and web solutions across many different computing platforms (UNIX, Windows, and Apple) for a variety of industries including financial, entertainment, visitor activity, destination, logistics, distribution, government, and TV broadcasting.

In addition to designing and optimizing the performance of computing infrastructures (servers, databases, forward caching of content, etc.) for our clients, Arben manages the Bump Networks in-house development team.

As champion of Bump’s unique combination of extensive software language proficiency and the most revolutionary thinking in online marketing strategies and search engine optimization, Arben leads the charge to bring dramatic improvements to not only our clients’ marketing efforts, but in how they do business.

Crystal Johnson, co-founder, is the creative director, chief marketing strategist, and senior project manager for Bump Networks. With a degree in Business and Graphic Design from the University of Oregon, where she also was an instructor in web design, Crystal draws from her extensive experience in web design, graphic design and marketing to deliver exceptional results for every client.

Leading the project lifecycle, design and post-development components of our projects, Crystal demonstrates her astounding capacity to quickly get to the heart of even the most complicated projects and formulate smart strategies. Then with marketing savvy and a keen understanding of the power and capabilities of today's online world, she directs those strategies to a flawless execution.

Design Team - Graphic designers that rock your world are one thing (we have those, too). But combining top graphic designers with experts in user interface design is a whole other playing field. Our award-winning design team, whose experience spans the spectrum from complex websites to simpler executions to engaging Flash-based banner ad marketing campaigns, combines visually stunning designs with engaging user experiences that make your audience respond.

Development Team - Our large in-house development team is exceptionally skilled and has deep knowledge of the latest software, database and web development platforms (including Ruby on Rails, PHP, AJAX, FJAX, Action Script, ASP.NET, C# (.NET), C/C++, Visual C++, Java (J2EE), VB.NET, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, WML/XML/XSLT).  We live and die by our mantra: "There are no technical boundaries, only the limitations of our own imagination."
